All right here's an example of one of the best times to use way ahead, way behind. You raise from LP with A7o and the BB calls. Flop comes A high rainbow. BB checks, and you should check behind hoping hoping he bluffs the turn.

Another benefit of checking behind in some of these situations is that you can sometimes check behind when you miss, or when you flop a draw and observant opponents will not feel they can take the pot on the turn because your check doesnt necessarily mean weakness.
