I think this is a terrible spot for a stop-n-go. MP3 has less than 8xbb. He is really in borderline push-n-fold mode, but he has time to wait for a good hand, especially with a smaller stack at the table.
I'm not familiar with the blind schedule for Poker Stars but it looks like very late in the tournament where patience is key for a next to last small stack.
I expect he is pretty strong and is ahead in just about every situation here.
Of course for a $10 RA these logical reads don't make as much sense so you could get lucky but it's still not a good play IMO.
Reverse the stacks and it is a good place for a stop-n-go all-in.
