I can't see any way to not 3-bet this on the flop and see a showdown (barring an Ace or King falling of course). I'd need real evidence that UTG+1 is a rock, i.e. at least 50 hands worth to back down, and if that's the case, I would fold the flop. I hate the cold-call.
Fold the flop when it's 2 back to you after the CC, you're not getting good enough odds to draw to a set.
