My $0.02

1)Call, bet 200 after the flop. If re-raised, call unless (KK) A on board, (QQ) A or K on board, (AK) unimproved.
Yeah, if you fold you'll only be at 400, but that's better than out, and you'll probably get a chance to double before the blinds kill you. If he re-raises with that stuff on the board, you're probably beat.

2) (KK) This rules, call. (QQ) I'll clench my teeth and call here. I play 22's and less, I doubt this is right higer up, but I think you'll get more JJ, AQ, and aggro crazies with worse enough times to tip the scales to call here. (AK) Same as QQ. Some probably disagree about putting the game on the line at what may be a coinflip here, but again, at the 22's and less, I think you win this more than you lose.

Anyone disagree? I'm still doing a lot of learning myself.
