i've pretty excited as the warden/wife has signed off on some
desert sands chips, so now i would like to get some recommendations re. the denominations. I'm going to do the buy 2 get 1 free deal so, 900 total chips.
typically, i have a very casual, socially motivated home game w/ usually btwn 5-8 people.
we play a mix of side games &, more recently, tourneys and i was wondering how this chip breakout seems:
side games: $20-25 buys (usually there'll be at most 3-4 reloads)
(400 chips)
$0.25 - 100 chips
$0.50 - 150 chips
$1.00 - 100 chips
$5.00 - 50 chips
tourneys (500 chips)
$25 - 200 chips
$100 - 200 chips
$500 - 50 chips
$1k - 50 chips
i figure a 60BB starting stack, but i've seen here where people aren't thrilled w/ small starting stacks. anyways, it'd be T3000, broken out like this:
$25 - 20 chips
$100 - 20 chips
$500 - 3 chips
experiences? thoughts? advice? tia!
