Default Re: Blind Defense vs. 2+2\'er

either 3-bet and lead the turn or stop and go.

he's either got a legit hand, or he's raising for a free card.

i think he's more likely raising for a free card, since that flop is likely to have missed him unless he's got a set or an odd tptk (A9, K9, Q9).

but you're really only vulnerable to a range of 3 to 5 outs, so i would like to get some value out of this hand. if you 3-bet and lead the turn, he's likely to just fold.

but if you stop and go, he might peel one off thinking that if he spikes a Queen with something like QJ, he still might come out ahead.

bottom line is i'm fairly sure i have the best hand and i want to get some value out of it instead of just blowing him away... all without giving a free card. i like a stop and go.
