There are companies that do professional video displays for traders, etc. and conference rooms that could probably set up something like this. Not cheap though, expect to pay a premium for the monitors as well as whatever aftermarket stuff they do to put it into one unit. I know I've seen links in the Zoo before for stuff like this.
