It sounds to me like you do not have a montior that can handle 4 tables...thus you have overlap on your two tables (or perhaps the table is taking up the whole screen).
You need a montior with 1600x1200 resolution....anything less will result in overlap (although I'm comfortable on the 1400x1050 res I have on my laptop).
If your table is taking up the whole screen then it is EXTREMELY difficult to play more than 2 tables.
