Default Move Up or Wait?

I can't decide whether or not it is time to move up from the pokerroom 10's, to the 20's. My bankroll is sufficient (or close to it), but my experience is limted.

I've played the 5's for 6 months, only in the last two have i started to take them seriously. Feb 28th, I decided I'd build my bankroll to $330 then move to the 10's. One month and ~55 tourneys later, I was there. Next step was to hit the 20's when i hit 700. Five days and 39 tourneys later, I am there. (FYI, I play one table at a time)

What's my next move? Should I grind it out at the 10's until I've played a statistically significant amount of tourneys (~500) from which I can make a proper analysis of my game? Or, do I move up immediately and just drop back to the 10's if my roll drops back to ~600 (then rebuild it to 700 and move up again; rinse and repeat).

I can post any stats that would help reach a decision, but i'm not so sure they matter after a hundred tourneys, so i won't bother unless asked to (to avoid a thrashing ).
