Default Newer is not necessarily better

I just discovered it is sometimes better to downdate than to update. When I first got my computer, I was able to multitable at PartyPoker without the program crashing within 10 minutes. At some point, I lost this ability. I assumed the change was due to a PartyPoker update, but it now seems this problem was caused by my previous updates of my video adapter driver. When I just recently attempted to install the latest driver for my video card, the installation program deleted my current driver before reporting that the new driver was not compatible with my hardware. As a result, I had to reinstall the original driver that came with the videocard. Now I can multi-table again at Party!
