Default TPWK + flush draw, EP turn decision

This weirdness happened to me during the first hand of a two-table, $10+1 sit n go. I'm still not sure what to make of it.

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t15 (10 handed) converter

UTG+1 (t1000)
UTG+2 (t1000)
MP1 (t1000)
MP2 (t1000)
MP3 (t1000)
CO (t1000)
Button (t1000)
Hero (t1000)
BB (t1000)
UTG (t1000)

Preflop: Hero is SB with A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
UTG calls t15, 2 folds, MP1 raises to t30, 4 folds, Hero calls t20, BB calls t15, UTG calls t15.

Flop: (t120) 2[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 3[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (4 players)
Hero bets t80, BB folds, UTG calls t80, MP1 folds.

Turn: (t280) 2[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero bets t150, UTG raises to t600, Hero...?

Is folding standard here?
Should I have gone for a checkraise on the flop?

As always, anything is welcome.
