odd... I tried to come up with something that seems logical but I really can't make it fit.
here are some ideas...
1) he has a weak ace and wants to avoid a check-raise
2) he had a pair on the flop AND picked up a draw on the turn (he has a 5 or 2-hearts) and wants to see if he makes it.
I don't know why he would raise here on the end under either scenario... possibly using the old 'raise and fold to a 3-bet' if he has an ace?
maybe it is as simple as "he mis-clicked"
