It doesn't matter what I consider to be ulta-rich (because there would not be a market for that consumer, since there are just a handfull), its how they might be marketing the casino to appeal to the whales who like to think of themselves as rich. A consumer mindset so to speak.
Reguardless, as I said in an earlier thread it doesn't seem to be a correct rumor.
