I have samples of both here, and in my opinion the NJ Martini Club clays are better. Quality wise they are both very nice chips, but looks wise, for the most part, I like the NJs better.

There are some chip colors/combinations on the Paulsons that I REALLY love, but overall I lean towards the NJs. (Actually I like the "Nevada" mold and colors the best of all 3)
