Canada, the Travel Channel and the WPT
Looking to add the Travel Channel to my Bell Express Vu package but trying to figure out the optimal time to do so.
Some basic questions.
What or when is the WPT "season"?
How long after the actual event does it air on television?
Does the Travel Channel have exclusive rights to air these events before any other network? Meaning, is there a Travel Channel equivalent?
And just to be sure... the Travel Channel we receive in Canada - is it the same as the US station? Does it contain the same content?
Finally... the WPT events I was watching were probably a season or two behind (not sure if they were aired on TSN or SportsNet) - the Travel Channel will provide me with the most current programming, correct?
I'm sure this post meanders but any responses would be appreciated.
