I push, I think UTG+1 is much more likely to have AQ, QJ, or be on a semi-bluff with KT or 9T then to have QQ or JJ. I think that a loose Aggro would reraise both those hands preflop when facing a min-raise.

Also, UTG+1 is short stacked with with only about 65BB before the flop.
