I already said I'd probably lead pot again. As for what he has, once he bets I think his most likely hands are QJd or QKd. Before the bet, he could have a multitude of hands which I don't want to give a free card to, which is why betting out is better. Having not done that, check-raising all-in is my next option given the descriptions. As Matt alludes to in his post, had she said "On the flop I am near 100% certain he has a set, so I plan to check-fold the turn," that would have been fine too.
