Out of curiosity, what hands is this solid player calling with?
Against fishy mcfish calling station sure shove that hand in there, but against both I'd think your value of the all in is not so high against the good player. This is why I would bet. The good and bad player can both call and raise with many hands you are crushing. I agree with bruiser that checking leads to a very uncomfortable spot, and I think the check raise all is not as optimal as leading out the turn. You also give the opportunity for some draw to get frisky against you and make you play for your stack on the turn. Once I bet the turn Im not folding a non-diamond river, and I'd be hard pressed to fold a diamond river.
