I think the number of responses pretty much sums that up.
I play the BBJ games though for two reasons:
1) I play fewer hands, so I figure if I'm ever at the table, I'm getting better return on my contribution than the fish that play in a lot of pots
2) Most importantly, the games draw fish. 2-4 on BBJ is much softer than the regular 2-4 tables. The extra 50 cents rakes is more than compensated for by the loose players.
