Nope.
Folding is 0 EV, you put in no more money and you recieve none. Not showing up is also 0 EV as the same applies.
Now your post implies that one 0 EV condition is worth more than another 0 EV condition, or, that 0=/=0; when in fact 0 is very much equal to 0.
q.e.d.
In other words, don't fold overs getting 23:1 on a 9 high board against a live one.
