Dealer lets me know its not my turn and the other 3 players will probably check based on my previous intentions. When it gets to me I check and take the free card.
I have no respect for players that angle shoot like this, though many casinos will let you get away with it maybe once. I don't stand for shots like that though. If you're playing in my home game, your all in stands, regardless of your acting out of position.
