I don't think there is anyway to keep the HH from popping up all the time unfortunately. If there is I would love to hear about it. Before I realized you could change options so you have to click on the game screen to type comments I wrote some pretty funny stuff in the dialog box while playing at work.
I only use mini-view at work but I am pretty sure gametime plus works on the full table view.
