Been discussed a million times before. I've never heard of the lowest limit at any B&M being anything but very soft. Get out of the house and go play.
As for my experience I don't find that many drunk people at Trump's 3/6. I find about 2-3 ppl per table drinking at all and about 6 or 7 to the flop...
