Nah it's 22-1 against him catching. If he calls a bet for half the pot, he's making a mistake. If you could see his cards and knew he had AA after the flop, would you want him folding or calling more bets?

I want him calling, all-in if possible.

Absolutely.
But surely then I do not want to just smooth call the flop. I am not really getting enough payment.
To take your example of the Aces I would want a bit more from him in order to see the turn.
