I have all of the products you mentioned ... and still Ewido caught some that they all missed (in the tracking cookie class of malware). So it is difficult to really know whether a machine is pest free. I use all of the top rated programs plus some proactive programs such as ProcessGuard and RegDefend.
The biggest problem with Pest Patrol is that it is notorious for false positives. I quit using it - though they do have an online scan that others can use.
