Tried to make my first withdraw and got this message:

- A clear copy of the front and back of the credit
card used and any other credit card you may wish to
use
- A clear copy of a photo ID (Drivers License or

- Proof of Address (utility bill or bank statement)
Please contact our customer support at 888 671 3253 to arrange verification
and a withdrawal request.

I never used a credit card, I only used Neteller to deposit. Has anyone else had this happen to them?
