I read all of these books. I don't like this style of writing, the cliffhangers and all, especially since Dan Brown sticks to a formula whereby you can predict many of them in advance. However, if you're going to spend a few hours on a plane, it's OK stuff. Cheap entertainment when you can catch a paperback, occupies your mind for a few hours without much deep thought. It's like watching TV.
