Hand 1 doesn't seem so bad. You've shown tough aggression on the flop and turn, and then he still hits you with a stop n go. You can't really three bet because you'll want to vomit if he caps. Call down here is fine.
Hand 2, yes you are a pussy. The only hand you can possibly worry about is AA on the turn. You didn't really give any reads on the guy, but there are a lot of PF 3-bet hands that he could have including AK and KQ. That, and its 1/2, so he really could have almost anything. I would be willing to cap on the turn, then bet/call on the river if he still doesn't slow down. The river K is obviously a no brainer.
