Re: How did i play these omaha hi low hands preflop..?
1) EP - 9J10K three diamonds : I muck
Muck
2) EP - K10JJ single suited to K: I limp
OK
3) MP limps - I limp with A3710 two diamonds to the 7
Question? Is A3 offsuit playable from any position.. why?
Like others have said, if the game is passive. I wouldn't want to have to call a raise with this unless I was suited to the Ace. I would also prefer loose passive with good volume on this hand.
4) AKQJ three diamonds folded to a preflop raise
OK
5) UTG limps, button raises i call in SB with A344 single suited to the 4.
OK
6) 2346 mucked to a preflop raise
What position? How many limpers? Any suits? Not enough information here. How loose is the game? What position raised?
7) A6KK mucked on the button after several limpers single suited to the ace.
In a loose game with several limpers I would play this hand. In some scenarios in a loose game with several limpers on the button or cut-off I might pop it. But it is worth much less in a tight game, in which case I would be inclined to fold it.
8) 23QJ single suited to the Q mucked in Sb after several limpers.
I would play here, I would even call a raise if I was in the Big Blind.
9) muck 9JQQ single suited to Q
OK, unless I can see the flop for one bet with several limpers in very late position, against loose players.
10) EP muck AAJJ rainbow
I might pop it here if I think I can thin the field.
11) Muck A38Q rainbow after 1-2 limpers in MP
OK
12) A23K three hearts to the King I limp after two limpers
Flop KQ5 two hearts.
Raise.
EP bets Mp folds i call, BB calls.
turn is the 4 of hearts. BB checks, EP bets i call.
BB calls. River is 10h BB checks, EP bets i call and lose to ace high flush. How did i play this hand??
You probably just have to pay him off here. I might pop the turn here if the EP is the type who would bet with less than the nuts, you have 2nd nut flush and a nut low draw, otherwise just check and call.
