I don't know if i'm a fan of the PF raise but thats just me... I've been in too many situations like that where i lose a lot of my $ due to kicker trouble. On this basis...
The 3 bet PF leads you to believe he has a strong hand. With an ace flopping he reraises you, so you must believe that he has ace higher kick (what other kick could he have?). I'd probably lay it down on turn if not on the flop (you could only catch the 7 to improve I believe and I'm not a fan of 3 outers.)
I'd expect him to flip over AK-A10 or AA or another flopped set.
