Default Re: 96s bb turn play

hi mike

great, great betout on the turn. no doubt you took it down right then and there.

of course, you know to watch for buttons like the one described, when in the CO and being checked to by a large field. if you have a powerful hand, you must never check to the button hoping to trap the multi-way....unless; unless the button bets out of turn. then you can check from the CO. so in that particular spot, do nothing. allow the button to bet out of turn so that you can check after he bets. and make it a give up check.

the button you describe can only be depended upon to occasionally bet out of turn. if you're in the CO, allowing him to do so when you are powerfully strong, is well worth it. the reason; you can not risk a possible check down even if you think that the button will likely bet, when a large field has checked to your powerful hand.

buttons who act out of turn are very, very profitable to you.
