I personally dread the blinds being this high relative to the chip stacks. Average chip stack doesn't even have 10x BB.

Were those chip stack amounts before or after posting blinds?

1. If Player C was going to call an all-in raise with A2s, he should have pushed in the first place. That's not really the kind of hand you want to play out. You need to put the pressure on the BB, because a call from him would be risking most of his chips.
1.1. It's pretty hard to fold here with half (?) of his stack already in, hence the initial push.

2. Player D's all-in is the best move. All-in > Fold > Call. With a low pair, you can't afford to give away three free cards in hopes your opponent doesn't pair anything higher than a 3.
