You have 22, SB has AQ, MP2 has flush draw, button has overpair.

I figure.. button never raises preflop, but sees a lot of flops, so it's feasibly that he has KK/AA, and thus pushes when it gets to him. SB could have either AQ/KQ or the flush draw, and he's tight enough that he might raise neither preflop. He's also probably getting odds on the flush draw by the time it gets around to him, and maybe just doesn't figure anyone has a 2 (not sure why). MP2 raises so often that I'm sure he would raise with either KQ or AQ here so I bet he has a flush draw.
