Default Ugly Hand

I felt completely clueless on the turn and river.

Table full of LPP.

Ultimate Bet 0.01/0.02 Hold'em (9 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is SB with T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]. Hero posts a blind of $0.01.
1 fold, UTG+1 calls, MP1 calls, MP2 calls, MP3 calls, CO calls, Button calls, Hero (poster) checks, BB checks.

Flop: (8 SB) 5[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 4[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (8 players)
Hero bets, BB folds, UTG+1 folds, MP1 calls, MP2 calls, MP3 calls, CO calls, Button calls.

Turn: (7 BB) 5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (6 players)
Hero checks, MP1 checks, MP2 bets, MP3 folds, CO calls, Button calls, Hero calls, MP1 folds.

Question: I know that if I'm beat I have draws, but should I have check-called into this board of fish?

River: (11 BB) K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (4 players)
Hero checks, MP2 bets, CO calls, Button folds, Hero calls.

Question: Even though the pot is fairly large, does the call before me affect my decision to call here?
Final Pot: 14 BB
