Yes, against someone raising +20% preflop I would often raise turn. AGainst someone raising +15 I would often raise flop and then call it down. Against someone raising below 15% I would raise flop and fold if 3bet, unless his aggression factor was +3 on flop then I would think about calling it down but probably fold if I handt see him make som tricky moves earlier.
