Default Folding a flopped set

These numbers aren't exactly right, but should be pretty close.

Blinds are 150/300

UTG (1200.00 in chips)
Me (4000.00 in chips)
SB (3820.00 in chips)
BB (5000.00 in chips)

I am on the button with pocket threes.

UTG folds, I raise to 450, SB calls, BB folds.

Flop is 3d, 7d, Qd.

SB goes all in.

My read on the small blind is that he's pretty tight, but not a great player. None of the other players are that amazing either, and folding now would by no means cripple me. However, winning the hand would put me in a really good position to win.

Do I have the best hand? If I do, do I call hoping my hand holds up, or do I fold and wait for a better spot to put all my money?

Thanks for your advice.
