First, I don't like the overbet pre-flop. Raise to 200 or 250, and it gives you more flexibility post flop.

UTG+2 bets 300 into a 1600 pot? Either really good news, or really bad. Here is where your initial bet gets you in trouble. If the pot were 700, and he made an underbet like this, you could raise him a decent amount, without committing your entire stack. Now you're in real trouble.

Folding to a bet like this is terrible, but so is pushing with ace-high, and I think those are your only choices.
