Not really. Party sometimes selectively credits inactive player's account w/ $$. But they don't automatically give it to EVERY inactive account. In addition other sites
offer reloads to some members by email, and exclude other
members.

I would suspect that inter sorted their players for thoses playing >X hands per week or month and sent emails only
to those above X threshhold.
