Tough to say. Big problem on the turn is planning on calling two bets instead of one changes the problem a lot. That doesn't mean every decision isn't independent.
The club on the river just gave him a winner in some the hands he was losing, but the betting pattern in this hand is fishy enough that I'd call the river too. I'd be expecting to lose to 99-JJ or clubs. This guy's pretty aggressive postflop, he earned the payoff.
