Default 2 $5/$10 Hands

Here are 2 hands from today I'd like some guidance on
Blinds are $5/$10 NL

#1) The table is aggressive and raises are getting multiple callers so I limp UTG with AA in order to limp reraise. MP limps, both blinds play and nobody raises
The pot is $40. The flop comes J44. Checked to me and I bet $40. MP folds but now the SB check raises to $80. BB folds. Not many people would check raise there with a 4. At least not yet. Hes seems to be pretty good and hasnt done anything crazy..
I started the hand with $1000 and he has me covered. I call.

The pot is now $200. The turn is a queen. He bets $60. I still feel pretty good about my hand, but I didnt have the courage to raise him. I called again.

The pot is $320. The river is another 4. He bets $80. Do you raise here? If so, how much? Shoudl I have done something differently earlier?

Hand #2) MP limps, I limp on the button with 66. Both blinds play.

The pot is $40. The flop is JKJ. Its checked to me and I bet $40 trying to steal it. The SB who is a rock calls.

We're heads up. Im pretty sure she has a jack and Im done with this hand.
The pot is $120. The turn is an 8. Check/check
Pot still $120. The river is another king. She bets $50. I rarely bluff but this looks like a great shot to bluff and represent having a king. I raise to $250. What do you think?
