I don't see the point of defending with crap like J8s, Q9s, T9s . . . you're going to be HU out-of-position (ohmygod, I'm channeling rory) against someone who probably has a better hand %-wise, unless it's a complete utter steal with any two cards.
I defend my BB quite liberally . . . my SB, not so much.
