Yes lastchance, I do know what it means.
1 Shot, 1 Kill= Basic sniper motto, don't waste ammo and be skilled enough to kill with one round.

No Remorse= A sniper can't feel sorry for every target he takes out. If he did, he'd never be able to effectively perform his duties.

I Decide= A sniper takes a shot when he feels ready. They won't shoot if they decide the shot isn't worth it.

Now, you may have your preconceived notions of what the Marquette CRs do or don't understand about a sniper's job, but you cannot deny that they don't care about them and want them to be able to perform their duty as perfectly as possible. But I wouldn't start making assumptions about what people who buy these bracelets think about snipers.

AND remember, the problem I think most people have is that Marquette shut down a fundraiser for the troops instead of finding a compromise.
