It means : Snipers kill people. Its a snipers job to kill and-or maime people. They kill people in cold blood and without moral evaluation. Their job is to kill people. I think a good sniper will efficiently kill people without regard for moral implications.
Perhaps the Marquette college Dumocrats will establish a "adopt a terrorist-insurgent-freedom fighter program for Iraqi insurgents or Hamas members....
I know which program Id be more inclined to join....Sadly, I also believe I know which program many of the contributors on this board would be more inclined to take part in.
