what happened to the c/r on the flop?

if you get 3-bet cant you just check/fold the turn?

1bb river
thats 3.5 bb hoping to catch, what, a K?

fold turn

2.5 BB and you can feel nice and beat, and save $30.

Also I dont think the bet on the end is going to get him to fold any hand that you beat unless he is weak tight which hes not.

I suck at poker though so this is probably all wrong.
