I got that email, and went looking for details on earning POP points (in real money HE, at least). Clarissa from their "Live Help" told me the following: "1 POP point for every dime of rake collected on pots you win."

So they want you to directly pay $1.10 in rake for every $1 you earn, assuming you clear the bonus.
