Default Re: WHAT IS THE AVERAGE TWO CARD HOLDING?

[ QUOTE ]
Let's say I am playing a heads up match. What are the worst two cards I can hold and still have the best starting hand 51% of the time?

Well 51% isn't exact, so there is a range of hands that meet the 51% criteria in a HU match (assuming rounding up at the .5 interval).

From Jazbo --

J8o 0.5149016
K3o 0.5142569
Q6o 0.5102405
Q3s 0.5101925
98s 0.5080076
T7s 0.5063904
J6s 0.5060591
K2o 0.5050872

The worst of this would be K2o, but the closest approximation would be Q3s.

The cutoff is as follows:

Q5 0.5012008
J5s 0.4998685
