I think another reason is that rooms have proportional payout scheme. Depending on total monthly generated revenue for all his players affiliate is getting more or less %%. So even if you create affiliate program in the name of your uncle, but still generate $1-2K of rake per month, that program will be in lowest tier of rakeback %% payout than some affiliates may give.
