You don't need a mule for chips.
The TSA looks at casino chips like they are some strange object from Mars, quickly figures out they are made of clay and won't explode, and waves you thru.
Cash is the problem, both due to 9/11, and the war on drug laws.
Also, when going to Tunica, make sure you have no books or other written material on you, they will be confiscated at the border checkpoint when you enter that 3rd world country known as Mississippi.
