Your turn bet of 725 into a 2675 pot is too small.

When the ace hits, it might feel like you have the nuts, but you still have to be sure to price him out of any draws he's on or has found. You're offering him almost 4-1 (+).

His turn call is bad, but it's not atrocious. If you had pushed on the turn, he's definitely priced out, and you pick up what's in the pot, which is what should have been the goal no matter what in this spot, spike or no spike.

Yes, it sounds like 20/20 hindsight, and yes, it sounds results-oriented, but that doesn't make it incorrect.

So, do you think he calls a push (1575) on the turn?
