I personally try to avoid any of the online casinos which require you to wager a multiple of both the deposit AND bonus before redemption (as opposed to just a multiple of the bonus itself). a WR format like captain cooks works out to be 70x the bonus amount which is too high IMO. you can still find good signup deals in the 20x-25x range, though you always have to be very careful reading the T&C to make sure.
